Norfolk Wagyu beef was started by Sam Frost, a third-generation turkey farmer looking for how he can diversify his family business. After trying Wagyu in a restaurant, the experience was never forgotten. Then the idea came to start a Wagyu herd in Norfolk. The quality of the beef is the driving force behind what we do. We have some pure Wagyu cattle in our herd and some crossbred animals. Our aim is to produce high welfare and sustainable wagyu beef.
